Ticket Scan AI is a branded receipt generation tool designed to help travel agencies create professional, customized ticket receipts for their customers. It is NOT a booking system, airline reservation system, or flight ticket issuance platform.

The receipts generated by this tool serve as:

  • Booking confirmation documents for customers
  • Agency-branded itineraries with contact information
  • Internal record-keeping for the agency

2. Prohibited Uses (IMPORTANT)

The following uses are STRICTLY PROHIBITED:

  • Price Inflation: Displaying a price higher than the airline's published fare or commission-based price is prohibited. Agencies must NOT use this tool to misrepresent ticket prices.
  • Fraudulent Pricing: Adding unauthorized charges, hidden fees, or inflated amounts to deceive customers is illegal and strictly prohibited.
  • Unauthorized Branding: Using airline logos, names, or trademarks to imply unauthorized partnership or affiliation with any airline.
  • Fake Receipts: Generating receipts for bookings that were never made or confirmed is considered fraud.
  • Reselling at Markup: Using the tool to facilitate unauthorized resale of tickets at inflated prices beyond legitimate agency commissions.

Ticket Scan AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found violating these terms without prior notice. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and airline authorities in cases of fraud or illegal activity.

3. Price Transparency

Ticket Scan AI supports transparent pricing practices. The "Market Price" field allows agencies to display the airline's original published price alongside the customer's actual payment amount. This promotes trust and prevents disputes about pricing.

Agencies are encouraged to:

  • Always display the airline's original price when applicable
  • Clearly show any discounts or savings for the customer
  • Never inflate prices beyond legitimate agency margins
  • Maintain transparency about convenience charges and service fees

4. Liability Disclaimer

Ticket Scan AI (Growth Digital Agency) provides this tool "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are NOT responsible for:

  • Any legal issues arising from an agency's misuse of this tool
  • Flight changes, cancellations, or airline policy modifications
  • Customer disputes related to pricing or service quality
  • Any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through the platform
  • Losses incurred by agencies or their customers

Each agency using Ticket Scan AI is solely responsible for their business practices, pricing compliance, and adherence to all applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh and internationally.

5. Airline Relationship

Ticket Scan AI is an independent third-party tool. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any airline, GDS (Global Distribution System), or IATA (International Air Transport Association). All airline names, logos, and trademarks displayed on receipts are property of their respective owners and are used solely for passenger identification purposes.

6. Account Termination

Ticket Scan AI reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any account that:

  • Violates any of the prohibited use terms listed above
  • Receives valid complaints about fraudulent pricing
  • Engages in activity that could bring disrepute to the platform
  • Fails to comply with pricing transparency requirements
